- Conocimiento de las tecnologías de reconocimiento de Nuance.
- Experiencia en los procesos de sintonización y mejora de modelos lingüísticos.
- Experiencia en el desarrollo de chatbots y voicebots con Genesys Cloud.
- Conocimientos en el desarrollo de IVR (Interactive Voice Response) en VXML (Voice Extensible Markup Language).
