- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, mobile devices, printers, and scanners.
- Assist in coordinating audiovisual setups and provide support for video conferencing.
- Preferably knowledgeable in Virtual Meeting Applications such as MS Teams, Zoom, and GoTo, as well as certified equipment for Microsoft Teams Rooms.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems using tools like Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM).
- Identify and diagnose hardware, software, or network-related problems and develop plans to resolve them.
- Recommend strategies for increasing efficiency, including implementing new practices, devices, or software.
- Proficiency in Office 365 applications, including MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and Windows 10/11.
- Collaborate with other IT department members on projects and initiatives.
- Available for onsite support during operating hours and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
- Travel to remote locations as needed to provide support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Preferably experience in IT enterprise environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant education is a plus.
- Ability to learn new systems and software in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical and analytical thinking, and adaptability to change.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
- Capacity to perform well in high-pressure situations, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
