    Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking several
    Senior Analysts "contingent" on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team in supporting The Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific), formerly the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific or SSC Pacific).


    Experience Requirements:

    • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience on C4ISR projects with significant contributions intwo or moreof the following CS/IA areas:
    • CS/IA Compliance;
    • Software Assurance and Security Engineering;
    • Systems Security Architecture;
    • Systems Security Analysis;
    • Computer Network Defense (CND) Analysis;
    • Threat Analysis; and/or
    • Exploitation Analysis.
    • Experience in leadingone or moreof the following CS/IA areas:
    • CS/IA engineering design efforts to solve current or potential Fleet issues;
    • assessing CS/IA technology gaps;
    • leading design and fielding of CS/IA technologies;
    • leading or providing support to DoN and/or DoD CS/IA working groups; and/or
    • creation and proposal of technical solutions to CS/IA gaps that have not previously existed, making significant contributions that impact future capabilities in the CS/IA Science and Technology domain.
    • Experience in assessing, analyzing, and providing recommendations to include CND, High Assurance, and ISSE for critical CS/IA capabilities covering Navy GENSER NSS and DBS including non-traditional IS, combat weapons systems, shipboard aviation systems, HM&E, ICS/NCS and SCADA systems.
    • One (1) year of experience is desired in Risk Management Framework (RMF), Navy RMF Process Guide, Information Assurance Technical Authority (IA TA) Standards including Defense-in-Depth Functional Implementation Architecture (DFIA); CYBERSAFE; and Navy Cyber Situational Awareness (NCSA)
    • Experience performing CS reviews during Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR), Platform Technical Review Boards (PTRB) reviews, Engineering Change Request (ECR) reviews, and Ship Change Document (SCD) reviews.
    • Experience performing CS testing and analysis to identify CS vulnerabilities on a broad range of National Security System (NSS) and Defense Business System (DBS) systems to include non-traditional IS, combat/weapon systems, shipboard aviation systems, HM&E, ICS/NCS, SCADA and special-purpose networks.
    • Experience in leading and mentoring multiple teams and/or large groups.

    Educational Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • _Candidates with highly relevant experience may be eligible to waive the formal degree requirement._
    • One of the following certifications:
    • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP),
    • Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP), or
    • Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP)
    • _Note:
    other advanced CS/IA security relevant certifications are acceptable but those listed above are highly preferred_


    Security Requirements:

    • U.S. Citizenship required.
    • DoD Top Secret SCI Clearance required
