Minimum QualificationsEducation:
Minimum High School Graduate/ College Preferred

Language Skills:
Must speak English fluently

RequiredKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesCustomer-centric mindset, able to communicate clearly and quickly to understand and respond to client needsAbility to develop and maintain customer relationships at all levels, including the CEO / CFO staff levelAbility to develop creative and unique solutionsHighly organized and detail oriented, ability to work independently and within a teamStrong interpersonal and leadership skills, including written and oral communication skillsEssential FunctionsPrimary responsibility to develop new and grow existing client relationshipsInteract externally with a variety of customer sectors and internally with all business departmentsInteract with all levels of customers / clientsManage and report activity and project updates to internal teamTravel and grow company presence in the Chattanooga areaPhysical DemandsMust be able to lift 25 pounds regularly.

Must be able to drive between various offices, walk, stand, and sit frequently throughout the day.
