Business Development Manager - Solar / Renewables Construction

We are looking for a full time Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the power generation industry, as well as experience in solar and renewables construction.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to identify and develop new business opportunities. This will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop proposals that meet their specific requirements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, including closing deals and negotiating contracts.

In addition to the above, the Business Development Manager will also be responsible for:

Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the industry
Providing technical expertise and support to clients
Monitoring market trends and identifying new opportunities
Managing a team of sales representatives

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in the power generation industry, with a focus on solar and renewables construction
Strong sales and marketing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
