Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the goal- and profit-oriented optimization of a partial assortment in the dry goods sector in close coordination with the Category Manager.
You shape the customer-oriented assortment selection and are jointly responsible for the calculation of the items.
You maintain intensive contact with our suppliers and cultivate a sustainable cooperation.
The implementation and coordination of customer-oriented marketing measures is also part of your responsibilities.
You conduct market and competition observations, identify trends and opportunities early on, and lay the foundation for optimal assortment design.

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a business or nutrition science degree.
Ideally, you have professional experience in purchasing or category management in the food retail sector or in a similar position.
You have a self-reliant working style as well as organizational and analytical skills, as well as teamwork, negotiation skills, and a confident appearance.
You have a good command of MS Office applications, SAP, and possibly Relax.
