    We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Project Planning and Design:
    Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for the remodeling project.
    Work with architects and designers to finalize plans, ensuring they meet client needs and comply with local building codes.


    Budget Management:
    Develop detailed project budgets, ensuring all aspects of the project are accounted for.
    Monitor project expenses, ensuring they stay within budget, and make necessary adjustments as needed.


    Scheduling and Coordination:
    Create and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met on time.
    Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progression.

    Quality Control:
    Regularly inspect work in progress to ensure it meets the company's quality standards and client expectations.
    Address any issues or discrepancies immediately, ensuring they are resolved promptly.


    Communication:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or changes they may have.
    Regularly update stakeholders on project status, potential challenges, and any changes to the timeline or budget.


    Risk Management:
    Identify potential risks associated with the project and develop strategies to mitigate them.
    Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.


    Documentation:
    Maintain detailed records of all project-related documents, including contracts, invoices, and change orders.
    Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained before work commences.


    Qualifications:
    A minimum of 3 years experience in remodeling or construction project management.

    Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in project management software, such as Monday, JotForm

    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Deadline and detail-oriented

    Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation

    Allocate resources for assigned projects

    Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors

    Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients

    Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs

    Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
