    Description
    As an Analytics8 professional, you will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with a variety of companies, from Fortune 500 firms to small businesses.     We are seeking individuals who are innovative problem-solvers with excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between business terms and IT concepts.


    Summary:

    A Senior Consultant possesses deep technical knowledge in one or more of Analytics8's core service areas, with at least 5 years of successful consulting experience. They excel at managing small to medium projects, making informed decisions on project scope, costs, and timelines. Senior Consultants build customer trust, extend project scopes, and identify new opportunities within existing clients.

    A Senior Consultant continuously enhances their technical skills while focusing on business acumen and project management abilities.


    Responsibilities:
    • Delivers highly complex solutions in their specialized service area (e.g., data models, architectural recommendations, governance solutions)
    • Refines customer business and technical requirements
    • Estimates project effort accurately
    • Monitors project budget and communicates status regularly
    • Manages client expectations and decisions related to scope, change management, cost, and timeline
    • Facilitates knowledge transfer
    • Creates and maintains documentation and project artifacts
    • Collaborates with Account Executive/Manager on account expansion opportunities
    • Serves as a trusted advisor to clients
    • Ensures project team follows the Analytics8 Delivery Model
    • Conducts technical interviews for candidates

    Essential Requirements:
    • Advanced experience in multiple core offerings: Analytics, Data Management, Data Strategy, Governance, and Advanced Analytics/Data Science
    • Advanced SQL expertise
    • Proficiency in Data Modeling of advanced complexity
    • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for various audiences, including executives
    • Proven risk assessment and management skills
    • Experience in managing complex client relationships
    • Aptitude for interpreting and executing projects based on SOW structure and project plan
    • Designing comprehensive test plans
    • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
