- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the Office 365 implementation project enterprise-wide, ensuring completion within time, scope, and budget constraints.
- Act as the primary contact for IT, department heads, external vendors, and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and alignment on project objectives and expectations.
- Create detailed project plans that integrate customer needs with company objectives, and oversee the coordination of managers and technical staff throughout all project phases.
- Lead subsequent infrastructure technology projects, leveraging best practices and insights gained from the Office 365 implementation.
- Handle additional projects that intersect with Desktop, Server, Network, and Information Security initiatives.
- Extensive experience in IT Project Management, including direct involvement in Office 365 implementations and managing infrastructure projects, either through internal IT departments or external entities such as consulting firms or Managed Service Providers.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies and enterprise software applications.
- Proficient with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification a plus
- Bachelors Degree.
