Role: Staff Accountant

Location: Avondale, Arizona

Pay Rate: $27 / Hour

Job Responsibilities:

•Responsible for accounts payable across 8 locations

•Prepare weekly check runs

•Manage month-end close and assist with yearly audits

•Reconcile bank accounts, post journal entries and manage prepaid accounts

•Responsible for sales tax filling

Requirements:

•Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)

Compliance:

•Background check and drug screen
