Sales Coordinator Topics
- Build & Maintain Dealer Relationships
- Ensure Funding for all outbound loads
- Work Accounts Receivable on a weekly basis with the dealers
- Contact Dealers as needed to move inventory or reallocate
- Coordinate Freight, BOL's and Signatures
- MSO Creation and Printing
- Support the Parts Department to ensure dealer trucks get parts
- Support escalated warranty claims (ship parts, track returns, etc)
- Identify and work Special Orders
- Process & track DLL Applications for new dealers as applicable.
- Process & Allocate DLL funds based on open invoices
- Coordinate with Tampa on any State Certifications submittals. (ie. New dealers in LA)
- Ensure Costco Orders are being billed with Tampa and coordinate all open issues.
Office Topics
- Keep the office area organized and professional. (Always Tour Ready)
- Manage Amazon Prime monthly deliveries
- Coordinate with other team members on housekeeping and general issues.
- Monitor Consumables for delivery.
- Review/Pay Utility bills
- Monitor Bank Account status.
- Monitor Auto Insurance / Tags / Maintenance Schedule
- Work with Tampa on any ongoing training steps or account upgrades required
- Ensure exterior of building remains clean and safe
- Ensure safety gear is in full supply for staff
- Ensure Time Clock accuracy for payroll.
- Support corporate HR as needed.
Marketing
- Monitor Marketing Material (manuals, brochures, signage, one pagers, etc )
- Ensure Dealer Price Sheets available
Preferred Skills
Type a minimum of 40 words per minute
Excel/Google Sheet efficiency a must
Quickbooks or other accounting system equivalent experience
Management Experience a plus.
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
