- Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements and supporting reports for multiple entities
- Contribution processing - weekly
- Maintain the general ledger
- Monthly bank account reconciliations
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Monthly variance reports to analyze contributions and expenses ensuring they are recorded appropriately
- Assist with financial and tax audits
- Development and maintenance of financial systems and policies to ensure effective stewardship of church resources
- Special projects and other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- Minimum of 2 years of related accounting experience

- Microsoft Office experience, excellent working knowledge of Excel
- Must be able to pass an Accounting Proficiency test
