    You are responsible for Perform daily general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and analysis Review and investigate the company's accounting transactions to improve data accuracy Develop financial models and cost projections Collaborate with the senior management team and cross functions to understand drivers Conduct an in-depth research of historical financial data; analyze and report company's current financial status Compare actual results with forecasted to analyze and identify areas of strengths and weaknesses Run balance sheet account reconciliations, contract accounting and reporting, account analysis, accrual calculations, and any other related accounting or financial documents or schedules To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following Maintain confidentiality of financial information, investment decisions, or any other tasks assigned by the organization Demonstrate strategic thinking skills Ability to present data using detailed reports and charts Progressive experience in similar position in a highly matrixed multinational Deep understanding of finance, cost management, asset management, and business risk analysis A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways.

    Understanding of ERP system Familiar with Oracle and SAP, if not eager to learn Quick learner and self-sufficient with a positive attitude Strong aptitude to meet tight deadlines Team player and easy to adapt to quick changes Strong manufacturing background Bachelor or master's degree in Business Economics, Finance and or Accounting orientated study Requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree.

    Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you will reside in or within commuting distance to Colorado Springs, CO. US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
