    Are you ready to take on a Regional Vice President role in a dynamic environment? Based in the Atlanta area, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategy and driving growth across all lines of business within your designated region. You will lead a team of Sales and Technical professionals, focusing on building relationships, expanding the customer base, and positioning our offerings effectively in the market.



    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead regional strategy and execution to meet P&L targets
    • Manage sales operations and initiatives in the region
    • Drive growth through direct and indirect sales channels
    • Coordinate with sales leaders to align strategies across sectors
    • Enhance brand visibility for Rittal and EPLAN
    • Optimize performance of regional distribution centers
    • Implement and oversee One Rittal partnership with EPLAN software solutions
    • Evaluate and enhance financial performance
    • Provide innovative solutions to business challenges


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in P&L management or executive roles
    • Expertise in B2B sales, omni-channel management, and business analytics
    • Background in industrial automation products or electrical engineering
    • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
    • Excellent communication and team-building abilities
    • Entrepreneurial mindset and goal-oriented approach
    • Ability to adapt to changing environments
