    Job Summary/Position Overview:

    The Regional Vice President of Sales & Marketing is a dynamic sales professional dedicated to boosting occupancy and revenue in their supported region. An integral part of achieving Arbor company objectives, they forge strong relationships with teams and aligned partners.

    Working closely with the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, the VPSM drives company initiatives, projects, and programs to equip the sales force with the necessary tools for success.

    Additionally, the VPSM oversees the sales mentor program.



    Key Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Develop plans and strategies for census and revenue growth
    • Establish a culture of success and goal achievement
    • Act as a mentor and resource for SCCs
    • Guide Senior Care Counselors and Executive Directors, utilizing CRM and other resources for effective sales and marketing operations
    • Lead market assessments and tailor marketing plans for the region/community to drive leads through the sales process and meet occupancy and revenue targets
    • Review and optimize marketing budgets for maximum impact
    • Evaluate SCC performance and provide feedback for improvements
    • Conduct thorough site visits and support community readiness and appearance
    • Ensure daily execution of sales tasks and programs
    • Support sales training for department heads
    • Analyze competitors and collaborate on pricing strategies for growth
    • Recruit and onboard SCCs with a focus on talent retention
    • Foster partnerships between EDs and SCCs for enhanced productivity
    • Maintain positive relationships with support partners and ownership groups
    • Collaborate on branding and messaging for lead generation

    Success in this role is measured by:
    • Meeting established metrics and goals
    • Synergy and collaboration within the community/discipline
    • Increased occupancy and revenue
    • Positive brand reputation
    • Controlled SCC turnover
    • Successful rollout of initiatives

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Minimum two years' experience in senior living sales
    • Proven track record in growing occupancy and revenue
    • Ability to strategize outreach development and event planning
    • Proficiency in lead management and CRM systems
    • Understanding of industry trends and issues
