- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Access.
- Ensure compatibility with all latest versions of Microsoft Access.
- Implement and maintain security measures for Access-based applications.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate Access applications with other business systems
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Access application development.
- Strong understanding of the latest versions of Microsoft Access and their security features.
- Knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) and ODBC connections.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Development, including SSRS and SSIS
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) products preferred
- Previous experience working for city or municipal government projects preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 preferred
