- Assists in development with all suppliers, as needed.
- Develops key relationships with executive, sales, distribution, and product group management.
- Establishes sales goals for each designated supplier to achieve for fiscal year.
- Works with Sales to develop product knowledge and programs to achieve maximum sales opportunities.
- Develops specific strategic programs on product transitions to Rochester.
- Focuses analysis on heartbeat products ( i.e. MPU's, MCU's, FPGA's, ASIC's) that are planned for LTB or in the process.
- Develops supplier services business strategy, plans and goals (assembly, test and other).
- Manages a team of Business Development Managers or Directors Working Conditions
- Position requires 20% - 50% travel

- A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Engineering or other technical discipline.
- Minimum ten (10+) years of industry and/or business-related experience.
- Strong background in Semiconductor sales.
- Strong background in global marketing & sales.
- Demonstrated success within the EMS market.
