    General Summary

    This position focuses on supporting and developing supplier account relationships and programs in the Americas Region.

    Responsibilities

    • Develops supplier programs with designated tier 1, tier 2, and targeted suppliers.
    • Assists in development with all suppliers, as needed.
    • Develops key relationships with executive, sales, distribution, and product group management.
    • Establishes sales goals for each designated supplier to achieve for fiscal year.
    • Works with Sales to develop product knowledge and programs to achieve maximum sales opportunities.
    • Develops specific strategic programs on product transitions to Rochester.
    • Focuses analysis on heartbeat products ( i.e. MPU's, MCU's, FPGA's, ASIC's) that are planned for LTB or in the process.
    • Develops supplier services business strategy, plans and goals (assembly, test and other).
    • Manages a team of Business Development Managers or Directors

    Qualifications

    • A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Engineering or other technical discipline.
    • Minimum ten (10+) years of industry and/or business-related experience.
    • Strong background in Semiconductor sales.
    • Strong background in global marketing & sales.
    • Demonstrated success within the EMS market.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
