Your role as P2/P3 Platform Lead Buyer (M/F/d) will involve identifying, sourcing, and managing suppliers for a specific scope of components within the Platform, in line with our Group Segment strategies

You will also:

Monitor and anticipate capacity risks in line with production volume increases
Propose lotting and RFP tactics and utilize auctions with the Platform Team
Communicate with P1 Development centers and ensure adherence to standard PF Panel awards
Identify, collect, and implement costsaving measures for PF components globally
Manage updates in serial life and coordinate with platform resources for changes with technical and customer networks
Support project buyers within your platform

Are you up for the challenge? To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Master's degree in Purchasing or Engineering, with an MBA or specialized business education at the master's level preferred
5 years of experience in Electronics, Purchasing, or a related industry, preferably in the automotive sector
Fluent English language skills
