Leidos is looking for the right candidate to join our Supply Chain team as the Associate Director of Supplier Diversity and Small Business.
Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Resilience & Transformation, you'll be helping to transform the way Leidos does business.
This highly visible role will focus on strategic initiatives to drive small business/diversity that contribute to Leidos revenue and growth objectives and ensure we meet and exceed our supplier diversity/small business goals.

Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead strategic initiatives for the Supplier Diversity Program
Provide briefings to executives on small business initiatives, trends, and performance
Serve as the company's Small Business Liaison Officer (SBLO) responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with agency Small Business Offices
Lead enterprise Supplier Diversity outreach activities to include counseling potential suppliers to learn how to do business with Leidos and assist in providing access to opportunities
Lead a team supporting proposal efforts to develop compliant Small Business Plans
Build positive relationships and credibility with diverse advocacy and community-based organizations as well as other professional organizations
Responsible to manage the growth and success of the Mentor Protégé program to include both DoD and Civil agreements.
Serve as the primary point of contact and lead for compliance of all deliverables associated with reporting of Individual Subcontract Reports (ISR) and Summary Subcontract Reports (SSR) as well as DCMA and SBA small business subcontracting plan audits
Promote the utilization of small business concerns for the attainment of prime contract small business goals and ensure compliance with small business subcontracting regulations
Basic Qualifications
A BA/BS or equivalent experience and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Master's with 6+ years of prior relevant experience
Experience supervising or leading teams or projects
Advanced knowledge of Small Business Administration requirements and assessments
Advanced understanding of the government acquisition process and knowledge of FAR/DFARS
Demonstrated diversity business advocacy experience in a government contracting entity or similar corporate environment
Experience with Government Mentor Protégé Programs
Executive level interaction/presentation experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of SharePoint, and Business Intelligence tools
Experience with Deltek Costpoint
5+ years of strategy development and implementation, supply chain management, financial management, business process re-engineering
Knowledgeable of strategic sourcing and supplier management
Familiarity with lean methodology to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
Pay Range:
Pay Range $105, $190,350.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
