    Position Summary

    Endeavor Global is seeking a full-time Endeavor Catalyst Finance and Operations Analytics Associate at the New York office.

    In this role, you will support the Director of Finance to perform critical accounting and administrative tasks for the fund. You will assist in managing the fund administrator, overseeing capital calls, supporting fund distributions, and the annual audit. You are data-informed and can identify gaps that need to be filled to improve processes, problem-solve and anticipate challenges. You can generate data driven models to support strategic decisions across the funds. You are comfortable wearing many hats and are open to change and can connect the dots to problem-solve creatively. You have superior interpersonal and communication skills and you can present complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will support fundraising and investor relations with our worldwide limited partners. You will work alongside the Endeavor Catalyst Team, Endeavor's CFO, Endeavor's Controller, and the Fund Administrator. Strong analytical skills, clear verbal and written communication, and effective time management skills are essential in order to excel in this role.

    Key Responsibilities

    Perform preliminary accounting review of monthly and quarterly accounting reporting packages for each fund and support limited partner reporting (40%)

    Liaise with the platform, portfolio, legal, and investment pipeline teams to own, manage, and enhance the investments database through NocoDB, Snowflake, and Tableau (25%)

    Calculate and project the current and future fund performance analytics based on the investments database and support the statistical projection modeling of fund performance (15%)

    Assist in daily fund operations and building/documenting policies, procedures, tools and dashboards to help automate the department (10%)

    Support in completing the fund audits and tax compliance filings (5%)

    Ad-hoc projects as needed (5%)

    Qualifications

    • BA/BS degree, or equivalent experience, accounting and financial modeling experience preferred
    • 1-2 years of experience
    • Strong analytical thinking, written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong knowledge of portfolio performance metrics
    • Detail oriented, high sense of ownership, and experience operating in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint, and Google Suite
    • Knowledge of Notion, Carta Fund Administration, Intacct, Concur, Zendesk, Snowflake, and Salesforce is a plus
    • Knowledge of SQL & Tableau preferred
