    Description

    MIMS GROUP is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, bringing in passion and purpose to the organization. With a rich history of 120 years in the industry, we are at the forefront of innovation and growth.

    The selected candidate will be responsible for serving our existing 2,000 business clients, nurturing relationships to acquire new clients through referrals and leads, and leading a small team to achieve these objectives. As you become proficient in our processes, you will progress into the role of Agency Director.

    This position offers a competitive weekly pay ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year, on average.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and outcomes
    • Train and mentor incoming team members on established systems
    • Provide daily reports on field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development
    Required Skills / Preferred Qualifications:
    • Outstanding organizational and detail-oriented skills
    • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership capabilities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
    • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally challenging environment
    • Passion for assisting individuals and fostering relationships
    • Experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community engagement mindset
    • Familiarity with CRMs, especially Salesforce
    Licensing Requirements:
    • Driver's License and authorization to work in the U.S. are essential
    • Must have a clear background and reliable transportation
    • Completion of a 45-day evaluation period before progression
