Description

As a Microsoft 365 Sharepoint Administrator, you will implement cutting-edge ECM & DMS solutions based on Sharepoint for our clients in Tate City. You will be supported by experienced consultants in the conception, consulting, and realization of complex solutions and projects in the ECM/DMS environment with the renowned manufacturer Portal Systems AG and their product Shareflex. Together with the clients, you will optimize workflows and plan customized Purchase-to-Pay solutions to improve organization.

In addition, you will support the sales team in the pre-sales phase and in preparing proposals, and act as a contact person for IT-related questions. Your role may also involve providing remote and on-site services for clients, as well as intensive support for project clients.

M365 + Shareflex = ECM

Microsoft 365 offers a variety of tools for document management and task automation, such as Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online allow users to participate in processes and edit documents from anywhere.

Shareflex complements this with user-friendly, document-centric business applications based on SharePoint, customizable to specific requirements and usable across the entire organization.

The tools of Shareflex and Microsoft 365 complement each other, providing Shareflex users with immediate access to new Microsoft 365 features, while Shareflex provides the necessary additional features for comprehensive business applications.
