We are planning, evaluating, and advising on the implementation of measures in the field of technical building equipment in Fifth Street, TX.

Another focus is on energy consulting and the implementation of energy efficiency measures as well as the use of renewable energies.

Responsibilities:

Handling and processing of all (partial) trades in the areas of heating, plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation, and partially building automation
Participation in consulting and support of customers and clients
Construction management and technical project management (HOAI phase 8)

Qualifications:

Completed engineering degree (diploma, bachelor's, master's) or degree as a statecertified technician in building services engineering (m/f/d), master craftsman in heating, ventilation, and plumbing technology, degree in related fields or equivalent qualification
Class B driver's license
Fluent in German, both written and spoken
Basic knowledge of HOAI, VOB
Knowledge of AVA programs and CAD programs desirable
Proficient in MS Office
Diligent, conscientious, and independent work ethic
First professional experience in the field of building services engineering / HVAC
