Your contribution:
- Instruction and followup instruction in the handling and operation of therapy devices in the field of sleep medicine
- Fitting of masks for patients
- Independent advice and support for our patients/customers in connection with the provided medical device/accessories
- Appointment scheduling for patient care
- Order processing and ensuring timely delivery
- Returns and exchange processing
- Complaint and grievance management
- Requesting billingrelated documents (e.g. prescriptions, orders)
- Maintenance of master data
What you bring:
- Completed training as a retail salesman/woman, health and nursing assistant, or dedicated medical assistant, also
career changers from other fields are welcome - Confident and friendly demeanor when interacting with patients
