    Job Description

    Our client, a unique media and entertainment organization, is in search of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the recruiting function and contributes to the team's overall success by providing a top-notch candidate and customer experience, administrative assistance, and ensuring operational excellence within the organization.

    Pay Rate: $25-35 per hour based on experience and location

    Contract: 8 months

    Location: Candidates must be available to work on-site in New York, NY or Burbank, CA

    You'll be responsible for...

    • Assisting multiple Recruiters with job postings on the career site, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Interviews may include phone, video conferencing, on-site meetings, and travel arrangements.
    • Handling background checks, sending onboarding documents, and notifying hiring leaders about new hires along with onboarding instructions.
    • Updating HR Data Systems (Workday, Req Report, and SAP).
    • Ensuring all new hires complete the necessary processes including orientation, background checks, paperwork, and sending welcome emails.
    • Compiling and sharing metrics reports.
    • Managing the online resume database to maintain up-to-date applicant information.

    What we're looking for...

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition or related coordination roles. Alternatively, 1-2 years of internship experience is also acceptable.
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) especially in scheduling meetings.
    • Capability to work independently with occasional minimal supervision.
    • Initiative-taking nature, building positive relationships, and providing a great candidate experience.
    • Effective interaction with leaders at various levels in a professional manner.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
    • Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment and adept at prioritizing tasks.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Team player mindset.
    • Preferably experience with Workday, Smartsheet, and/or SAP.
