    As the Senior Director of FP&A, you will report into the CFO and support the development of financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across Arrowstreet Capital.

    Your expertise in financial modeling and analysis will drive informed business decisions and contribute to our overall success. You will have a strong financial acumen and the ability to provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.

    You will have the ability to build strong partnerships with leaders to influence both strategic decision making and tactical execution.

    Drive forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range financial planning processes in a timely and accurate manner
    Analyze revenues, effective rates, customized performance-based fee scenarios, client account profitability and optimal allocation of investment capacity
    Perform cost benefit analysis to support strategic capital investment decision making process
    Perform deep dives and leverage financial analytics to deliver insights on business
    Report and analyze key performance indicators benchmarking to industry and peer data and assess current and future business risks
    Evaluate and communicate key financial insights to facilitate effective company scaling
    Serve as a trusted financial advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven recommendations to support their decision-making processes
    Create financial models including what-if scenario analyses
    Support ad-hoc analyses & projects
    Contribute to Finance team's automation initiatives and drive process improvements including identifying opportunities to adopt AI over time
    CFA) or MBA (degree in Math/Statistics is a plus)
    ~ 10+ years' FP&A and related work experience, preferably in Financial Services with strong analytic skills and a track record of growing and managing organizations in fast-paced, fluid environments
    ~ Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
    ~ Expertise in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, financial modeling software)
    ~ Ability to understand complex business drivers, develop insights utilizing a data-driven approach and communicate succinctly to a range of different audiences
    ~ Adaptable to changing priorities while effectively managing multiple commitments
    ~ Strategic mindset and a track record of driving financial performance
