Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a Real Estate and Development company in their search for a Director of Finance.

This person should have experience running an accounting and a finance department with progressive, extensive experience in Real Estate.

Responsibilities of the Director of Finance include but are not limited to:

Run lender meetings including negotiating multifaceted loan agreements and all loan documents
High-level review and approval of monthly reporting package
Liaison with world-renowned investors to communicate status of investments
Oversight of finance and accounting for corporate entities
Financing assets including but not limited to loans and mortgages
Working closely with partners and investors
Develop procedures and models to allocate project costs
Review contracts and determine revenue recognition methodologies

Director of Finance requirements:
BS degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA or CPA highly preferred
Real Estate experience required
Very strong excel skills
