We're seeking a husband-and-wife team to cater to a lifestyle, which entails constant movement and high standards.


Position:
Household Management Team (Husband and Wife)


Responsibilities:


  • Plan, prepare, and present meals of the highest quality, catering to various cuisines and dietary preferences, whether at home or on the go.
  • Manage kitchen operations with flexibility, adapting to different environments and circumstances while maintaining impeccable standards.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new cooking techniques and culinary trends from diverse cultures and regions.
  • Coordinate with household staff to ensure seamless meal service, even during travel excursions.
  • Assist in menu planning for events and special occasions, tailoring experiences to suit different locales and occasions.
  • Oversee general household maintenance and repairs, responding to needs swiftly and efficiently, whether at home or on the road.
  • Maintain the indoor and outdoor areas of the property to the highest standards, regardless of location or climate.
  • Handle household errands with agility, ensuring smooth operations regardless of the destination.
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown, providing support as needed in various settings.
  • Manage household budgets and expenses related to maintenance and supplies, optimizing resources for travel and home life.
  • Collaborate on cleaning and organizing tasks with adaptability, maintaining orderliness wherever the journey takes us.
  • Be ready to travel at a moment's notice, adapting to the needs and schedules of ultrahighnetworth clients with grace and professionalism.
  • Anticipate and proactively address the needs and preferences of clients before they are expressed, regardless of the location or circumstances.
  • Manage the household during the employer(s)' absence, ensuring continuity of service and comfort no matter where the adventure leads.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in similar roles within a highprofile household or hospitality environment, with a proven track record of adaptability and excellence under varying conditions.
  • Culinary training or extensive experience in cooking across various cuisines, coupled with the ability to improvise and innovate on the fly.
  • Proficiency in household maintenance and handyman duties, with a knack for problemsolving in diverse settings.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problemsolving, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining professionalism and composure in all situations.
  • Valid driver's licenses for all team members, with a willingness to navigate unfamiliar territories and environments with confidence and ease.

$100, $200,000.00 per year
