Professional Housekeeper and Laundress

Schedule: 5 days per week (flexibility to work weekends), 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Location:
Primarily Wisconsin & Palm Beach (with travel to additional homes as required)

Responsibilities:

Perform daily housekeeping tasks to ensure cleanliness and organization of all living spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning.
Manage laundry duties, including washing, folding, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens to high standards.
Care for delicate fabrics and follow garment care instructions to preserve the quality and longevity of clothing and linens.
Coordinate with household staff and management to prioritize tasks and ensure seamless operations across multiple residences.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, laundry detergents, and other household essentials, restocking as needed.
Assist with occasional household errands, such as grocery shopping or package deliveries, as requested.
Prepare additional homes for occupancy prior to employer's arrival, ensuring cleanliness and comfort according to standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a professional housekeeper and laundress, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
Ability to work autonomously and efficiently, managing time effectively to complete tasks within designated hours.
Flexibility to work weekends and travel to additional homes as required, demonstrating adaptability to changing schedules and environments.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with household staff, management, and vendors.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as needed.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record, with the ability to travel between residences.
