Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced and proactive Executive Estate Manager to oversee the personal needs and activities of a prominent individual and their family.

As the Executive Estate Manager, you will be responsible for organizing, supporting, and managing various aspects of the employer's household.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive calendar management for all personal activities, including scheduling appointments and coordinating commitments.
  • Communication management regarding schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements with all necessary parties.
  • Supervision of household staff, including hiring, overseeing quality of work, and providing coaching and guidance.
  • Coordination of domestic and personal travel in collaboration with the Executive Events Manager.
  • Liaison with other members of the support team, including the Manager, Office of the President, Ranch Manager, Admin Assistant, and Security.
  • Execution of personal errands, requests, shopping, and other needs as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a highprofile household or executive setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain discretion, integrity, and confidentiality at all times.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and respond to afterhours communication when necessary.

Pay:
From $120,000.00 per year


Experience:

Executive Assistant: 3 years (preferred)
Estate Management: 1 year (preferred)
