This is a unique opportunity to participate in our comprehensive BDR Residency.

The Residency consists of a free two-week training period followed by a full-time W2, salaried + benefits, 12-week Residency with one of our Employer Partners.

Residents will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experience to prepare them for a successful career in sales.


Key Role Responsibilities for your Residency:

  • Conduct in-depth research on prospects to gain insights into their business needs, pain points, and decision-making processes.
  • Clearly and persuasively communicate the company's value proposition to prospects, sparking interest and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with sales executives to refine prospecting strategies, tailor messaging, and coordinate followup activities.
  • Effectively utilize our CRM system to track and manage leads, ensuring data accuracy and timely followup.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified appointments set, demonstrating a proactive and resultsdriven approach.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
  • Foster strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders, maintaining a customercentric approach and positioning the company as a trusted advisor in the marketplace.

Job Requirements:


  • Strong desire to pursue a career in sales and willingness to commit to the full Residency program.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects and articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Prior sales experience or internship is a plus but not required.

  • Ability to work in office 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday)
