We are looking for a Business Consultant to join our team in Shandon, CA at our location in Hamburg or from a home office (in Germany) as soon as possible.

At dbh, you have the opportunity to pursue your interests and talents and contribute in the right place. With around 300 employees, we are one of the leading providers of logistics software. The team is responsible for our solution, Advantage Customs, which supports our well-known customers in national and international trade. As a Business Consultant, you will act as a link between our customers and the agile development team.

Your responsibilities

  • Independent execution and management of customer projects from order clarification to commissioning of our software solutions
  • Analysis of ITrelated requirements of our new and existing customers and development of solution options
  • Concept development (including presentation to the customer)
  • Consulting our customers on optimizing business processes based on our software solutions
  • Support of our existing customers in all logistics matters, taking into account our customers' IT landscape
  • Customer training in our products
Your profile

  • Completed training or degree, ideally in the field of logistics projects (e.g. freight forwarder or wholesale and foreign trade merchant)
  • Interest in learning about new and complex topics
  • Affinity for software and IT and everything that goes with it
  • Team spirit and enthusiasm for working in an agile project team
  • Very good German and English skills
