The University Hospital Heidelberg (UKHD) is one of the most important medical centers in Germany and stands for the development of innovative diagnostics and therapies as well as their rapid implementation for the patient.

With around employees throughout the group in more than 50 clinical departments with over 2,500 beds, approximately patients are treated on an inpatient and outpatient basis each year.



Technical Assistant - NCT Cell and Liquid Biobank (m/f/d)
Starting at the earliest possible date at the Clinic for Hematology, Oncology and Rheumatology for the NCT Cell and Liquid Biobank department.

The NCT Cell and Liquid Biobank (NCT CLB) is a central, forward-looking link between patient care and clinical research.

Our team currently consists of six technical employees who work in our laboratories at the Krehl Clinic and at the National Center for Tumor Diseases (NCT).

Both locations are weather-protected and within walking distance of each other.


We collect, process and store human biomaterials such as blood and urine samples from various (mostly oncological) diseases and make them available for clinical research projects to optimize and develop new diagnostic and therapeutic methods.
