- Provide direct clinical services to clients through one on one and group sessions.
- Complete initial assessments with patient and support system and complete related paperwork to be reviewed by the Practice Administrator.
- Make assessments on client presenting problems and disorders and provide diagnosis.
- Collaborate with a team of providers to evaluate all contributing psychiatric factors toward the condition of clients.
- When needed, travel to other facilities to attend training or provide services.
- Ensure accurate documentation of sessions.
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work, Special Education or related field.
- Possession and Maintenance of a Associate Counselor License
- Good Interpersonal, organization and writing skills and complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- The ability to build rapport with patients through education of Arc Mercer Processes and need for treatment.
- Serve as a role model to staff, patients, employees, and guests with a positive, caring and professional attitude.
