- Strategic Planning: Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and drive growth.
- Supply Chain Management: Oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality control standards to uphold product integrity and meet regulatory requirements.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence initiatives to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
- Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing operations team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as R&D, Marketing, and Sales, to align operational efforts with company objectives and customer needs.
- Risk Management: Assess potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate disruptions to operations and ensure business continuity.
- Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of operational initiatives and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management within the CPG industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing operational strategies and driving process improvements to achieve business objectives.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, manufacturing processes, and quality control principles.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future trends and proactively identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
