    Company Overview:

    As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join the team as the Director of Operations.

    This individual will play a key role in optimizing the operational processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our products to clients across the United States

    Job Summary:


    The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the operational activities within the building materials industry.

    This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive operational excellence, enhance productivity, and contribute to the overall success of the organization

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning:
    Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.
    Collaborate with executive leadership to align operational goals with the company's overall objectives.


    Process Optimization:
    Evaluate and refine operational processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
    Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.


    Team Leadership:
    Lead and inspire a cross-functional operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of performance.
    Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation within the operations department.


    Supply Chain Management:


    Oversee the supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of raw materials and distribution of finished products.

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.


    Quality Control:
    Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards.
    Work closely with the quality assurance team to address and resolve any issues related to product quality.


    Cost Management:
    Develop and manage budgets for the operations department, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
    Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive cost-effective decision-making.


    Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and other relevant requirements.
    Stay abreast of changes in regulations and implement necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
    Proven experience in operations management within the building materials industry.
    Strong leadership and team management skills.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and quality control.
    Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
