Job summary

We're rebuilding how the law serves everyday Americans from first principles,

We're looking for a GTM Strategy & Ops to help Finch design, scale, and optimize the systems that power our growth.

You'll operate at the intersection of revenue, product, and strategy — tackling the most important questions in the business:
Where do we grow next? What will it take to win? And how do we get there faster?

You'll partner directly with the CEO, Sales, and Product to turn insight into execution — driving projects that shape Finch's go-to-market motion,

  • Own high-impact strategic projects — from new product launches to pricing strategy to GTM experiments that open up entirely new markets.
  • Work directly with our sales leader and biggest customers to uncover new revenue opportunities,
