The Ledder Workshops currently offer 1,270 jobs and 194 residential places for adults with intellectual, physical, or psychological disabilities. In addition, 280 clients receive assistance through supported living. As a diaconal institution, the Ledder Workshops are a regional service provider in the Steinfurt district. The core mission is to provide services for rehabilitation, participation, and inclusion in the areas of work and vocational education, as well as housing and leisure. An integral part of the holistic service concept is interdisciplinary cooperation to maintain and promote health.
