    The Global Performance Marketing team at Bose has an exciting new role in our Conversion Activation Digital group supporting the development of search marketing programs across our global strategic reseller partners.

    Role SummaryAs the Reseller Paid Search Specialist, you will develop and manage search marketing strategies to drive increased visibility, traffic and sales for Bose through strategic reseller sites.

    Bose is positioned to significantly grow digital reseller sales, and this role will help drive that growth through organic and paid search activations across top strategic resellers in NA & EU (Best Buy, Walmart, Target, MediaMarkt, John Lewis, Curry's, etc.).Job AccountabilitiesPlan and execute digital reseller search programs based on consumer data, business priorities and sales goals to achieve KPIsManage and execute paid search strategy across strategic reseller sites in US and EU.

    Accountable for program KPIs with hands on keyboard managementResponsible for managing, tracking, and adjusting multiple budgets globally across multiple currenciesLeverage digital shelf tool to perform analysis, gather insights and inform strategyDrive SEO strategy and recommendations to increase Bose organic visibility and rank across strategic reseller sites, in collaboration with Reseller teamIdentify optimizations for search execution through new opportunities, testing, content and ways of workingEvaluate and onboard new tools for improved program performancePartner with outside agencies to deliver on program goals and KPIs.

    Ensures provision of data to Analytics team for effectiveness measurementPartner with Marketing Analytics to develop reseller search reporting and performance insights.

    Present results and insights to stakeholdersPartner with Reseller Marketing team to define optimal investment plan for paid search tactics to influence customer journey and drive reseller digital KPIsPartner with Sales teams to identify sales trends and forecasts to inform search strategyPartner with Amazon Search and Google/Bing Search leads to align strategies, share learnings and drive performance across platformsRequired Skills and Competencies In depth understanding of digital marketing landscape and best practice, with direct experience in search marketingAbility to utilize analytics, business and shopper insights to drive data-driven planningAnalysis of competitive environment to identify digital search marketing opportunitiesAnalysis of digital search marketing/industry trends that may impact strategyReseller search tools and bid management platforms (e.g., Amazon, Criteo, Kenshoo, Profitero, Commerce IQ, etc.)Required Experience Digital Marketing >5 years, with direct experience managing search marketing programsKnowledge and experience working on reseller digital marketing programsWorking with cross functional teams to achieve common targetsStrong communication and relationship building experienceExperience collaborating with external partnersRequired Competencies ChampioningDigital marketing (specifically paid and organic search)Critical ThinkingDriving for resultsEcommerceTeam collaborationChannel marketingCommunicating results with key stakeholdersPowerPoint & ExcelBilling experience a plusBose is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
