    We are currently seeking a full-time Project Director for our Seattle studio. Our team collaborates closely with clients to bring their goals, brand, and culture to life in inspiring workplaces. With a diverse global client base, we need innovative solutions that push their business forward and support their ever-evolving needs.

    In this role, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, including identifying new business opportunities, writing proposals, managing budgets, and ensuring timely project delivery. As a key player in our team, your responsibilities will include:

    • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with clients;
    • Assisting in securing new projects for the office;
    • Collaborating with our Contracts Administrator to create proposals and contracts;
    • Developing project plans and scopes of work;
    • Managing project profitability, staff utilization, and finances;
    • Coordinating work with other consultants and vendors;
    • Ensuring project milestones are met and projects are completed on time;
    • Working with project teams to deliver design concepts;
    • Monitoring contracts and adjusting as needed;
    • Tracking staffing and providing mentorship to staff;
    • Contributing to the growth and improvement of the office;
    • Building and maintaining client relationships for future business opportunities.
    • REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
    • Graduate of an accredited architecture program;
    • 12+ years of project management experience;
    • Professional licensure or accreditation;
    • Client relationship skills and design management experience.
    • REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
    • Contract negotiation and administration skills;
    • Knowledge of construction documentation and materials;
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite;
    • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
    • Leadership and mentorship skills.
