    Overview:
    Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Vice President of Finance to lead our accounting and finance operations. This role is critical to setting financial directives and strategic initiatives aligned with our parent company.

    As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Vice President of Finance will not only oversee the financial landscape but also represent the orgs financial interests at the highest levels.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic Financial Management:
    Spearhead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

    Leadership and Development:
    Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional growth and excellence in financial management.

    Process Optimization:
    Implement process improvements and oversee the month-end financial close process, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

    Regulatory Compliance:
    Develop and enforce policies that comply with GAAP and IFRS standards, ensuring adherence to financial and tax regulations.

    Stakeholder Engagement:
    Maintain robust relationships with banks, vendors, and business partners, and serve as the primary contact for external auditors.

    Required Qualifications:
    Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance.
    Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credentials required.
    A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction accounting.
    Proven expertise in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).
    Demonstrable experience with ERP system transitions and IT project management.
    Experience with COINS, Sage, or Timberline software.
    Strong analytical, technical, and strategic planning skills.
    Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
