    Operations Coordinator - New York, United States - ComplexCare Solutions

    Description
    Overview: The Operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing business operational activities, working closely with Clinical Managers and the Clinical Management Department.


    Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate and manage business operational activities daily;
    • Work with the Clinical Manager to oversee field-based providers' operations;
    • Identify and resolve operational process problems promptly;
    • Schedule and coordinate provider schedules;
    • Follow standard procedures for efficient business operations and coordinate information flow and documentation;
    • Ensure compliance with company standards;
    • Manage project tasks to ensure timely delivery;
    • Cooperate with Lab and Clinical Services Managers to track and ship supplies;
    • Support client teams and coordinate cross-departmental activities;
    • Assist in data correlation, correspondence, and reports for internal and external inquiries;
    • Additional duties may be assigned by the Director or Manager;
    • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures;
    • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements;
    • Support operational and financial success of the company;
    • Uphold responsibilities within your job function;

    Requirements:
    • Minimum 2 years' customer service experience preferred;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
    • Positive, energetic, and solution-oriented;
    • Ability to manage multiple schedules daily;
    • Highly organized with problem-solving skills;
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel;
    • Ability to prioritize issues and identify improvement opportunities;
    • Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills;
    • Demonstrated ability to work with internal and external teams and departments.


    Education:
    • High School Diploma or GED Certificate required;
    • Bachelor's degree in Health-care Administration, Business Management, or related field preferred;
    • Prior relevant work experience preferred.


    Physical Demands and Work Environment:
    • Sedentary work, sitting for long periods;
    • Occasional lifting, carrying, and repetitive motions of up to 10 pounds of force;
    • Subject to inside environmental conditions;
    • Minimal travel, usually less than 5% locally, for training purposes.
