Your tasks:

As Quality Officer (m/f/d), you are responsible for implementing and monitoring applicable standards, regulations, and safety measures within the company.

You work closely with departments and management to ensure that all processes and procedures comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Support in the conception and implementation of internal training measures and proactive informing of employees on the following topics:

o Data protection
o Accident hazards and safety
o Health
o Internal and external standards

Creation and ongoing updating of a standards manual for applicable standards and regulations, as well as completed training measures
Obtaining participant certificates
Regular internal coordination regarding documentation and evaluation of working conditions

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification (e.g. safety officer (m/f/d))
Ideally, experience in controlling and implementing standards and regulations in a company
Communication and project management skills
You have initial professional experience in occupational safety, health protection, and hygiene
You are proficient in using common MS Office programs
You are motivated to contribute to the described tasks with your independent and structured way of working and your service orientation
