for our IDAA department at Hamburg vocational schools

We are forward thinkers, listeners, researchers, city planners, social pedagogues, coaches, psychologists, artists, companions, and more.

Under one roof, we enable diverse encounters and bundle competencies from various areas, also in terms of basic education topics and creative methods.

The Project IDAA:

In our project "Integration through Training and Work", we specifically promote the integration process of young immigrant women and parents between the ages of 18 and 25.

The participants aim to obtain their first school leaving certificate and then enter into training or work. They recognize the importance of employment as a basis for social participation in society and develop individual future perspectives.
