- Determine the daily funding requirements for each fund.
- Review daily Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations performed by the custodial bank and ensure the timely receipt of fund prices/factors from the custodial bank.
- Record investment accounting related transactions in accordance with GAAP.
- Responsible for reporting and analysis for securities lending activities.
- Fee calculation and allocation, including management fees, operating expenses and custody fees.
- Oversee the monthly verification and timely posting of fund performance on Wespath websites.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end Annual Report for investment related financial statement footnote disclosures. Prepare audit schedules and work papers as required by the internal/external auditors.
- Prepare and review reconciliations between the custodian's records and account holder records. Evaluate discrepancies and recommends resolution to open issues.
- Collaborate with Wespath Investment Management, custodial bank and/or investment managers in researching variances and out of tolerances.
- Act as a primary backup for other investment accounting staff responsibilities.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries and issues.
- Participate in special projects as needed.

- The compensation range for this position is $62,000 - $68,000 with a bonus opportunity and customary benefits. Final compensation will be set based on the hired applicant's qualifications (education, training, and/or experience related to this role), and as such, may fall outside the range shown.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
- Expert skills in MS Word and Excel.
- 1 - 2 years of fund accounting experience.
- Experience using various general ledger software systems and Bloomberg Terminal.
- Experience with Chat GPT is a bonus.
