    Adams Street Partners is seeking a Head of Investment Accounting - Private Credit to join the Client Operations Team. This role will report into the Head of Client Operations and will manage the Private Credit Investment Accounting Team.

    Responsibilities:
    • Manage the overall investment accounting and financial statement reporting process for the Adams Street private credit business
    • Coordinate with third party administrators and manage the overall administrator relationship as it relates to investment accounting and financial reporting
    • Manage the day to day activities and overall performance of the Private Credit Investment Accounting team
    • Collaborate with various other groups throughout the organization including Middle Office, Performance Reporting and the Private Credit Investment Team to help manage the overall operational aspects of the Adams Street private credit business
    • Serve as a member of the Private Credit Investment Valuation Committee and manage the overall relationship with our third party external valuation firm
    • Work closely across the organization to consult on various aspects of new product and new fund launches related to the Adams Street private credit business
    • Interact directly with clients to complete due diligence requests and respond to other ongoing inquiries
    Requirements:
    • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
    • 15+ years of experience including significant experience in a leadership role within the finance department at a private credit manager
    • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Skills
    • Experience with private credit accounting and data systems including Investran and Allvue
    • Experience working with various types of private credit funds including closed end funds, CLOs and BDCs
    • Experience working with private credit data maintenance and calculating performance metrics for private credit investments
    • Detail oriented self-starter with the ability to work alone and in a team environment
    • Strong work ethic and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
