    What will your role entail?

    As trailblazers in Big Data, starting from POS, Circana is searching for enthusiastic client advocates with robust analytical skills to enhance solutions that aid clients in comprehending the repercussions of strategic decisions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to grasp their requirements, then formulate, execute, analyze, and present insights to senior management within our retail client.

    Can you establish rapport to deliver exceptional service and insights in a dynamic environment? Do you have the ability to envision client needs holistically and work towards realizing that vision? If so, this role is tailored for you. Compensation can be negotiated and is aligned with your expertise.

    Key Responsibilities

    To excel as a Client Insights Consultant, you must possess and demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

    Advanced Analytical Skills:

    • Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to provide valuable client solutions
    • Consistently deliver analytical solutions and business insights to address gaps and opportunities, creating value for clients
    • Evaluate strategic initiatives' impact and develop scorecards to monitor progress

      • Compelling Communication:

      • Show adept interpersonal communication and presentation skills professionally
      • Quickly build client relationships and actively identify business prospects
      • Adjust communication style as needed for different audiences with confidence

        • Client-Centric Approach:

        • Take charge of client relationships, from Analysts to Executive teams
        • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences
        • Promote broad adoption of Circana solutions and insights across the client's organization
        • Offer proactive solutions to problems clients may not be aware of
        • Effectively manage multiple workstreams for various clients, aligning resources with shifting priorities

          • Requirements

          • + years of marketing and sales experience with a leading Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or marketing analytics firm
          • + years using data visualization tools
          • Familiarity with Circana or similar syndicated data solutions
          • Proven ability to translate data and analysis into actionable insights
          • Strong project management and operational skills
          • Consultative approach when engaging with clients to address content deliverables
          • Bachelor's degree
