    Job Description

    The Strategist role provides support to Razorfish's Strategy & Performance team. You will conduct research to assist in strategic planning and day-to-day strategy development across Brand & Experience Strategy, Customer Engagement Marketing (CRM), Commerce & Growth Strategy, Product Strategy, and Business Strategy. Working closely with Senior Strategists, you will contribute throughout the entire lifecycle from conception and proposal to creative briefing, production, and insights reporting. Your main tasks involve analyzing digital campaigns and initiatives to optimize marketing strategy, efficiency, and effectiveness. Additionally, you will be involved in various aspects of measurement assessment, planning, implementation, and analysis.

    Your Impact:

    • Digital Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing digital marketing campaigns, from insights definition to performance/insights reporting. Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, challenges, and emerging trends.
    • Digital Marketing Program Development: Collaborate with Audience, Data, Social, and Creative specialists to create individual programs and campaigns.
    • Research & Insights: Conduct primary and secondary research to form POVs. Collaborate with Data Science & Analytics to turn observations into actionable recommendations.
    • Measurement Planning: Define objectives, key success metrics, measurement approach, and develop action roadmaps.
    • Creative Briefing: Create insightful creative briefs to guide the development of digital assets.
    • Consumer Behavior: Gain a deep understanding of consumer behavior within the 1st party audience database and beyond.

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience in strategy, digital consulting, media, or planning.
    • Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to problem-solve collaboratively.
    • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation abilities.
    • Demonstrated success in working with senior-level clients and internal teams.
    • Thorough knowledge of emerging digital trends and technologies.
    • Highly motivated and enthusiastic about digital and multi-channel marketing.
