    Established in 2019, Narratent originated from a college friendship that led to a website design project. From a simple endeavor, we grew into a full-fledged agency specializing in strategic digital marketing, creativity, and design.

    Today, Narratent boasts a talented team of strategists, creatives, and analysts based in the vibrant River North area of Chicago.

    We've had the privilege to collaborate with renowned brands like NBC Sports, BET Networks, Universal Music Group, Waymaker Media, Pronghorn, and Rush University Medical Center. Evolving from our roots in web design, we now offer a wide range of services, including social media management, brand strategy, creative production, and multicultural consulting. Our vision is to become the world's most innovative and relatable marketing agency.

    Primary Responsibilities

    As a Social Media Strategist at Narratent, you will be in charge of creating engaging and high-performing content for our clients' social media platforms. Working closely with the design and production teams, you will be responsible for crafting social media strategies infused with fresh ideas, data-driven insights, and compelling storytelling.

    • Stay updated on audience behavior and preferences
    • Develop and implement brand strategies for businesses of all sizes
    • Create plans that drive growth in metrics like impressions, engagement, shares, followers, and watch time
    • Demonstrate a solid grasp of marketing principles and social media platforms like TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
    • Monitor online trends, news, and cultural events
    • Brainstorm diverse content formats including videos, graphics, GIFs, and more
    • Collaborate with the design team to translate concepts into visual assets
    • Manage content calendars for short and long-term campaigns
    • Write compelling captions that drive engagement
    • Lead brainstorming sessions and content production workflows with the support of the Copywriter and Content Coordinator
